So last week went really well. I made everything on my list except for two meals. I love how this list keeps me accountable for my meals. The weekend was really busy for us, so I decided to eat leftovers or make something quick. I started working on my meal plan last week for this week’s meal plan. I did not want to feel rushed with selecting what recipes I wanted to try. I will most likely have a salad, pita pizza or something quick for lunch, and I’m thinking about making blue berry muffins for breakfast.
Monday: Shrimp, tomato and Spinach pasta
Tuesday: Spaghetti and (vegan) meatballs
Wednesday: Vegetarian Chimichangas
Thursday: Veggie Gyro
Friday: Open Sandwich
Sunday: Baked Cheese Ravioli's
